- Sandblasting the frame to remove the original finish & paint, rust, and build up. Stripping the current finish prepares the frame for restoration without causing further structural damage.
- Once you select from our collection of over 25 different colors of finish, we create a high-quality powder coat made with resins and additives. The coating is electrostatically applied to the frame.
- The frame is then cured in a high-temperature oven to ensure a beautiful and long-lasting finish.
- At this time, we will add new vinyl straps in the color of your choice or new sling fabric.
In order to repair slings that may have suffered rips, tears, stains, or fading, our technicians custom cut a new sling to fit the piece perfectly. We have over 125 colors and fabrics to choose from, so you are guaranteed to find the right look for you. We use Gore™ Tenara™ Sewing Thread, the most durable thread available, in order to double-hem and double-stitch the new sling. This thread is resistant to drying, rotting, and molding and well as UV sunlight, cleaning chemicals, acid rain, and even bleach.
