Brown Jordan manufactures some of the world’s finest outdoor furniture which is why it’s worth taking care of and refinishing when the time comes. Since 1945, they’ve produced many award winning iconic designs that can last for generations.
Brown Jordan design is founded in quality and innovation. We apply the same kind of standards when it comes to refinishing your valued investment. We know how much you love your Brown Jordan furniture and it’s our job to restore it to showroom new.
Our full-time team of craftsmen has over 75 years of combined experience and we’ve been repairing and refurbishing the Brown Jordan brand since 1985.
Not every piece of furniture requires a complete restoration. Many times there is no need to repaint and an older set can look like new by replacing the slings or strapping.
If needed, we start by sandblasting the metal frames to remove the old paint and prep the frames for powdercoating. The powdercoating is electrostatically applied and then the frame is baked in an oven to a full cure.
We restrap or custom cut and install new replacement slings. We only use the best materials in our process. The Gore-Tex Tenara thread used for stitching outlasts any other thread by 10 times. It’s completely UV sunlight resistant and impervious to sun, acid rain, snow, salt, and even bleach or other cleaning chemicals. We double stitch and double hem the slings for extra durability.
There are over 125 replacement sling fabrics and colors available. Vinyl strapping comes in over 25 different colors and contains mildew inhibitors and ultraviolet stabilizers to help maintain color and brightness.

There are only a handful of companies in the US that have the expertise to restore furniture with the interwoven lacing strapping technique used on popular styles like Tamiami, Lido, Kantan and English Garden styles. We do it every day!
Caring for Your Brown Jordan Furniture
The easiest way to keep your furniture looking great is to clean it on a regular basis. Wash the patio furniture with a mild solution consisting of detergent and water. Rinse it with clean water and dry the furniture completely. Cleaning the furniture will remove dirt and other foreign bodies that can cause your furniture to look worn and old if they are not removed.
You can apply a thin layer of car wax to the metal frames to protect them from fading under bright UV sunlight.
