If your finish is starting to show signs of age, we restore it using the following process:
- Sandblasting the frames to remove the original finish, rust and/or build up. This process carefully removes the paint without damaging the cast aluminum.
- Applying your choice of finish, selected from over 25 different options.
- Creating a high-quality powder coat consisting of resins and additives that are melted together and ground into a fine powder.
- Electrostatically applying the powder to the aluminum frame and curing it in a high-temperature oven, resulting in a beautiful and durable finish.
You can choose replacement slings from over 125 robust fabrics and colors. Once you’ve made your selection, our technicians will custom cut a new sling with precision and care to ensure a perfect fit.
Each sling is double-hemmed and double-stitched with the most durable thread on the market, Gore™ Tenara™ Sewing Thread. This thread will not dry, rot, or mold and is resistant to UV sunlight, cleaning chemicals, acid rain, and even bleach. The slings are carefully installed at the correct tension by our technicians, who have a combined 75 years of experience in patio furniture restoration.
